Data deletion

You can request deletion of your MemberBase AI account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to legal@memberbaseai.com from the email address connected to your account. Include your name and the account email address. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

What happens next

We verify the request, delete or anonymize the associated account data where legally required, and confirm completion by email. Some records may be retained where a legal retention obligation applies.
